Refund/Return PolicyAudio/Data/DVD Products - should the product arrive damaged or defective, we reserve the right to request the product be returned. Upon return, we will replace the damaged items. Damaged or defective goods must be declared to us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
MP3 Downloads - it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that purchased MP3 downloads are backed up immediately to the purchaser’s hard drive. No refunds will be given. Should the purchaser have problem downloading the MP3 product, we must be informed by email at mailto:email@example.com within 7 days of purchase, so we can rectify the problem and be able to supply the full purchase to the purchaser.
